Bell (personal) isn't listed on the injury report for Tuesday's game against the Dream.

Bell is set to return from a three-game absence due to personal reasons. With the 26-year-old guard back in the lineup, Mai Yamamoto and Ta'Niya Latson could see a slight dip in playing time.
